What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with Paypal. We also accept cash payments in person at our store. 275 Castro Street, Mountain View CA 94041.
Are the clothes clean and ready to wear?
Yes. All items are clean and ready to wear.
How do I know the items will be of good quality?
Every item has been hand picked and inspected. We list any flaws in the description.
What is your exchange policy?
Unworn items with tags still attached can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We will not exchange items that have been worn or damaged after purchase. Items with tags removed cannot be exchanged. Exchanges are at the customers cost. Please contact us at contactbeyondthreads@gmail.com if you would like to exchange an item. Sorry no refunds. Exchanges only.

We accept donations any day during business hours:

Saturday- 11am-7:30pm
Sunday- 11am-5:30pm
Where do you source your items?
We source from a variety of vintage online and in person vendors. We travel around the world and hand select clothing as well. We also have local artists who handmade jewelry, paintings, and crochet clothing.
Do you buy clothing?
We do buy clothing from individuals by appointment in person at our shop. Please call us at (650) 282-5018 during business hours or email us at contactbeyondthreads@gmail.com for an appointment. Appointments are first come first serve. Not all clothing will be purchased. Please call or email us to see what styles and seasons we are looking for.
